Hi there! Someone, who shall remain nameless, told me that "yummy" was an insufficient food descriptor and that needs must I elaborate. Also, some of you (although I imagine few) may be worried about the health of my vegetarian diet whilst traveling Europe. To those ends, here are my last two meals: Dinner last night at "Arteca" Mexican restaurant 2 blocks from my stay: Two large cheese and veggie stuffed enchiladas, accompanied by peppers, onions, lettuce, nachos, and zucchini: $2.37 Corona (brought in it's own bucket of ice): $1.84 This afternoon's Lunch at Govinda, A Krishna Indian Restaurant NE side: I ordered the "daily menu" since I couldn't really name anything. I got: Beans-potato-yellow sauce, cabbage based patty, pressed potato thing, Zuchini-Lentil-unknown Soup, Yogurt w/Tomatoes, Rice, and Spicy Apple Chutney: $2.37 I love Prague. And I'm winning the war against guilt for not really having gone to SEE anything in particular since I arrived. Train leaves in 8 hours for Budapest...I recently learned how to say ONE in Hungarian...But forgot how since then...Fooey. Be well, -Jason |
